![]() Beware, as Savage Hunters will begin to appear out of nowhere at the top of the staircase. The conversation between you and Hammerlock will continue as he escorts you out of the campsite and up the stairs. In this area, you’ll discover Sir Hammerlock’s campsite. ![]() Pass under this lodge and continue forward until you see metal door on the right embedded into the hill. Head forward and you’ll see a log cabin suspended by ropes which are connected to the top of the grotto. Well, a Catch-A-Boat would be more accurate but we’ll come to that bridge when we cross it. They hardly pose a threat, however, unless you decide you want to be brave and scurry about under them.Īt the bottom of the rocky hill you’ve just landed on is what appears to be a Catch-A-Ride station. These are tall, daddy-long-legs-like creatures that haven’t been seen since the third downloadable campaign add-on, Secret Armory of General Knoxx, from the original Borderlands title. Firstly, the most noticeable is the Drifter wandering about. When you look out straight ahead into the scenery, you’ll notice a few things. Let’s be honest, you won’t actually use the ladder to make your way to the bottom. ![]() At this point, you may either descend using said ladder or take a leap of faith to the bottom. Turn right and follow the stream of water that leads to a drop off with a ladder. Once the cutscene has come to an end, Sir Hammerlock, your new best friend in this DLC, will appear on your ECHO communicator and invite you to his campsite for a weekend full of hunting and other pleasantries. Shortly after traveling to Hunter’s Grotto a cutscene will trigger detailing specifics of the campaign’s new add-on. To access this mission, head to the nearest Fast travel station and choose Hunter’s Grotto, the new location in Aegrus added with Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt. ![]()
